Thanks Amiga. It's great to enjoy the whole process from water to table :) The first time this year, I usually do this with this fish because it's so tasty to eat it fresh. Store bought trout is expensive and not nearly as good due to being a few days old (probably more, who knows). Have a great week ahead as well !HUG
