What an awesome experience. I can remember my first flight, but luckily I didn't have a rabies shot before hand and have a huge time crunch to get to the airport.
You are clearly a very dedicated fan to travel that far, I think that is really courageous. You will remember this for the rest of your life. I admire your resilience and positive attitude. Keep doing that, only good things will come from it.
