I can't disagree with the rules you raise. In particular, I can think of another one that has to do with freedom and critical thinking.

The public administration should be transparent, all citizens should be aware of all the meetings and gatherings in which politicians and civil servants participate, secret meetings in which agreements are reached with third parties, often against the interests of the majority of citizens.

This is related to critical thinking, the basis of which is skepticism. Because if we do not know the whole reality, for example, nothing about these secret meetings, we cannot make well-informed decisions.

I totally agree, critical thinking develops... something that is lacking today and too much, few think for themselves and only believe what they are told or what the media says... thank you!!!
