One thing I hate is humidity. Lucky me, humidity is not high in my country. Good for you that you can drink that cold water. I drink hot tee even if it's 30°C outside 😂
When I go to the restaurant in supper and as for tea after lunch, they always ask me if I want ice tea. No darling, hot tea pleas I tell the and thy are always shocked.

hahaha OMG Erika I only drink hot tea at night before going to bed, but during the day I almost always drink a lot of warm water and on weekends I usually prepare my dose of mead the super hydrating that I love, here the humidity is very high between 30 -40% and the thermal sensation 50 degrees you can imagine for something they say to my city the beloved land of the sun, and even the strongest months do not come May, June, July, and August are uffff very warm.
After eating, it can be tea or coffee if it is espresso, better for good digestion.
