I seldom go out on my days off since I prioritize my sleep and get better rest. This was a habit I adopted while I worked the night shift. So, in short, I spent my weekend either watching Netflix or staying in my room. I invited three of my closest friends @jennicious, @byaaaheelou, and @cheerupwithjl since I truly miss them and we seldom get out due to schedule constraints, however JL couldn't make it because he had an urgent errand. I texted them the night before, and because I was craving Tuslob Buwa, we thought of one spot we knew that might satisfy our cravings and this place is called BIG BRAIN.
This location has gained in popularity not just among Cebuanos, but also among tourists from other places and foreigners. They have excellent reviews, and this is my second trying TUSLOB BUWA but the first time was in their branch in IL CORSO.Jenny is close at this area, and she was the first to arrive, and she waited for me for a few minutes since I was far from this location, and I was even lost. lol
The Lou was the last one to arrive, but we had already placed our order, so we won't have to wait much longer. The location was pact when we arrived, despite the fact that it was pouring lightly.
We ordered one set of unlimited Tuslob buwa and three of their side dishes: proven, chicken skin, and steamed siomai, as well as an additional five hanging rice.It's too bad we aren't complete, but next time we will definitely be. We had a very nice time catching up on everything that had been going on in our life, at work, and with other things including our future plans.
Time for Milk tea
We decided to try Alishan, a new milk tea shop nearby. This is on the ground floor of the Podium Taft East Gate Building. I've been wanting to try it since one of my friends went there and recommended it to me. We were lucky enough to catch a cab on our way out and headed to this place.
The place appears to be extremely nice and tidy, as well as smaller, since just a few customers can fit inside. They have five high chairs and two small chairs. This establishment only started last year, and their beverages are reasonably priced. This shop is also known for their milk tea with ice cream on top, so that's what I had.
Our order was served, and I couldn't wait to sample it. To my surprise, the ice cream on top tasted really good, and now I know why my friend suggested this place to me: they offer really good tasting milk tea that can quench your thirst and satisfy your cravings. We decided to go home after finishing our drinks since Jenny had an early shift and it was windy and raining. It was indeed a wonderful Sunday, and seeing my friend was a wonderful way to wrap up my weekend.

What a time out with friends. This is one of the best way to spend time. The first place you friends went looked great. That unlimited Tuslob buwa is something I would like to taste anytime soon - I love chicken too. As for the second place, you gave a good recommendation for their ice cream and milk tea, that would be nice to try out. And I hope they expand the space so more friends could fit in at once.

I'm glad you find those places interesting to visit and try. Yes I feel like they needed more space to fill in more customers. The tuslob buwa is really something I would like my friends from the province to taste as well.
The places really look great. Am sure the second spot will expand with time as the business grows.
