I shared yesterday about the pictures of the travel that we did together with my high school friends we had a group named MARLS and the picture above was not included so it is a good timing for the topic today.
It happened last Saturday. Before the weekend, since on the last travel, we were not complete because S was not able to join the trip, I jokingly told them that we could have another travel to happen on Saturday. I never thought that the plan would realized since we were a worker and had been traveling last December, and the first weekend of the year 2025 would be all about rest. Until Friday came, L chatted in our group chat if the plan would be realized so that she could prepare something.
We were not sure if we could travel since we wanted to rest until R told us in the group chat that she wanted to pay for the fuel if we traveled to L's place. Friday night, A and S were not online and we were expecting that the trip would not happen.
Morning came, I contacted them and asked if we would continue our trip. The funny thing was, we had a video call, and A and S answered the call. I and A were still in bed while S was still working at that time. I told them that I thought we should continue the plan because R was willing to give a share of the fuel and we realized that we should grab the opportunity since we were able to travel.
But even though we decided to realized the travel, R and L was not online, so, there's still a possibility that it would be canceled, not until the husband of L answered the video call. As he answered the video call, we concluded that L's family was expecting us to visit the place.
But I'm still waiting for R to be online to confirm the travel, and yes, minutes after the video call, R called me, and she said that the plan will continue.
I told my husband that the trip will be realized, and after the preparation, we went to A and R's place since they were in the hometown at the moment, and after that, we picked up S at the Labangon, Cebu City.
I would like to share more story on the next post. For now, all I could say is that at the time when the picture was taken, it was after we picked up S at her place.
