Good morning.
This makes me think also about how we are on a much lower "tech level" than we think we are.
Ask yourself if the technology everyone relies on is really accessible to everyone?
If you take a person into an area where that technology does not exist, even with all the materials they need, can they establish the technology for themselves?
Fine, some technology needs a village and not an individual... but I think it becomes apparent that at the small scale that we need specific people only. With the right people with the right spread of skills we can build and maintain anything.
And on the large scale as humans live now? Still the same people in the middle step. But with extra mouths to feed., Rich consumers who work in the Tertiary/Quaternary Services market or a large population of unskilled poor.
But on whose shoulders does it all rest? Remove THAT group of people, and then your society collapses...

Humans have lost their way I think...seeking more and more, easier ways to do things, and have become detached from the planet (nature) and I think that's not a good thing. I think they're detached from others too, and themselves!

I was laughing now at my comment that I wrote it as if the post wasn't yours. This Monday my mind is a bit lost hahaha.... G, I have some things planned, but here in this f* country you can't even make plans. I have to take care of some paperwork that I hope will be resolved for my own good.

I'm off to the optometrist for an annual eye test and new glasses today, then the podiatrist as I still have that plantar fasciitis issue (agony) in my heel. It's a pain in the ass! Other than that, just coffee, lunch and a guy coming over to look at one of my guns which I have decided to sell. And just like that my day off will be gone.
Oh, 😵 this pain in the ass thing is complicated. I say that from experience 🤣

A good start to the week, I've worked quite a few days in a row now and have Tuesday off so am looking forward to that. Hopefully you have a good week.
