It didn't go as planned. Started getting a little wobbly Thursday afternoon and still that way right now. Managed to push through it some yesterday for a bit to help the wife setup our basement exercise area. It will double as a rec area as well. Still trying to talk her into letting me move my office into it as well, but think I've lost that battle. Did get to visit with my son as he finally came over for a afternoon to help with the basement cleanup and moving around of things.
I read a comment you'd made on someone's post or in response to a comment a few days ago where you mentioned some wobblyness. It happens right? It doesn't mean there's anything wrong, life ebbs and flows as does our emotions and feelings, so don't be hard on yourself, just know it happened and see a way forward.
Good luck with trying to convince your wife your way, that's a battlefield on which l blokes like you and I will probably rarely triumph! 🤔🥴
Oh it’s not a biggie. I’ve kind of adjusted my lifestyle to having momentary challenges like this. We still got a lot done yesterday regardless and spent good time with my son. Now just to spin back up and whoop it on.
Oh, I’ve already realized it’s not a hill I’m willing to die on so will leave the office where it’s at and say no more😀

My weekend went... very differently than I planned, it rained and events were cancelled, so most of Sunday I was at home, but that's ok... I got some rest, read a lot and spent time with my family, that's great!

It was a successful weekend in the community, and also outside of Hive. I've had back-to-back weekends of concerts, and now I hope to rest these carnival days. Tired, but happy hahaha.
