The art gallery and museum in my city are free...all government ones are in Australia mostly. They have exhibitions that cost to get in now and then, but generally are accessible for free.
Do what you need to make it happen mate, trust me. I go there every time I go to Paris and am still seeing things I didn't the previous times. It's got to be on everyone's bucket list in my opinion.
I hope you do, it's an experience one doesn't soon forget. Of course, if you have no interest in art and history, ancient Egyptian stuff and all...you'll hate it.
I don't think I will dislike it, but I can't claim to have a particularly strong interest in them. However, just like I didn't foresee myself thoroughly enjoying the theatrical plays I mentioned in my weekend-engagement post, there's always room for a first-time experience. You never know what you might end up liking! 😅
Wow really? Is that only Singapore that charges for these things then 😰
I've seen other places charge, The Louvre in Paris for instance, many others also.
Haven't been to the Louvre personally but I guess it is probably of another tier hence they require those charges.

Well I think I would definitely make a visit if I ever step foot into Paris! 👍
