RE: Stumbled forward

Yep, that's what I was talking about. Delays, breakdowns etc. All have to be factored in when quoting, or one takes the risk I guess.

I'm wondering if you letting the truck go and taking a "regular" job might reduce stress and help get you guys on track for an exit of the workforce. You can't truck forever. 9-5's suck but if it gets you to where you want to be then maybe worth dealing with? Just thinking out loud.

Oh so your that voice in my head..!😅😆😂

Yeah, been considering the options alot.

Stumbling over my poor Pennsyl-Tucky farm boy leaving school early education history and the not answering to anyone in being my own boss for over 30 years now.

Do not know if at 58 1/2 years could I adapt and overcome these two major obstacles. But I have to consider trying it. I could always come back to trucking.

I get it, doubt creeps in and causes people to remain inactive. Like you say though, if it doesn't work out then there's options to revert. I guess you need to know what you need financially now and into the future, what things can be sacrificed now to reduce debt/expenditure, and decide around that.
