They are words dictated by the heart, they represent the truth; I'm a particular type I don't bond much and I manage to be unaffectionate and cold but I also know how to get attached to people I've never had the pleasure of hugging but who I perceive to be real people and beautiful people.
You know I wouldn't have said what I said if I didn't mean it ;-)
Being aloof happens, it takes me a while to warm up to people in real life...I mean, I'm not standoffish, just that I'm slow to allow myself to become good friends with people. It's an earned right, and takes time.
Certainly, friendship takes time, and taking the right time is what makes it even stronger.
It's natural that with some people, there may be instant affinities, but the relationship needs to be consolidated over time.
Time is always sovereign! :-)
