What has made you laugh or cry unexpectedly (or both). Explain your answers, the situation, why, when and where.
Love and loss
Write about an event or time in your life in which you felt loved or you felt loss, or both. What prompted it, how did it affect you and how did you deal with it?
Lucky life
Have you ever counted yourself as lucky? Write about a time or event in your life in which you felt luck or happenstance played a part in bringing an advantageous result. What was the situation and result and why do you see luck as instrumental in it?
Living lazy
Write about a time in your life that you look back upon in which you were lazy, aimless or unwilling to make an effort, What was the situation, why were you that way inclined and, if you broke the habit, how did you do so and what was the ultimate result.
Curation may happen on quality original content so proof read, use in-focus and interesting pictures and take pride in your post. Your posts are a representation and showcase of you - Give people a reason to visit your feed.

Last week I couldn't make it before the deadline, but today I'm trying to get an entry online before the weekend starts :)

I don't know...there's just something so intimate involved with each theme that, oddly strikes as home for me. I'm actually eager to mock up something now and read what others come up with.

I wrote these writing suggestions with the thought people may open up with something personal from their lives, or write it as fiction. I think there may be a few very interesting posts.
On the name change, is the world big enough for two galenkp's? I think not. One is ample. (Some would say too much).
You are extremely consistent with weekend-engagement. I hope I get a chance this weekend to write something. Fiction is usually what comes easiest because no so very few believe the truth.

There is something for everyone today, well this weekend.
I'm not sure how they'll be received although a few will have a go I reckon. Let's see what happens over the next few days.
Personally I think it is a great and varied set, loss and luck are two crackers!
The luck one could be interesting and I'm keen to see someone tackle the love/loss one also.

Just today I made my first publication in this community and to be part of this initiative, I would like to know if these topics should also be focused on the weekend.
It's best to apply focus to only one, that way the post will be better I think.
I saw your previous post, thank you for making it weekend-related as I mute those that are not.
With the #weekend-engagement concept you simply have to respond to one of the writing topics. If it is not weekend-related but answers one of the questions that's ok, as long as it is tagged #weekend-engagement as the first tag, as per the rules, and all of the other guidelines are followed. The #weekend-engagement is the only time I will permit non-weekend content in the community.

Most of my posts have my picture. But I still can't decide which one to put on my profile.

This was the 3rd time I did it. Maybe it was my internet.
Imagine that when I was about to publish, I always check that it is in the community and not in my blog only.
