The husband is flying off to Vietnam next weekend for work but our lovely baby girl who is all curious now broke his specs hahaha.
Anyway it is also the time to change new glasses as his eye check is long overdue. He did complain that the vision is no longer as clear so we took opportunity to quickly go and get it done. I have taped his broken glasses but I doubt it can stay intact for very long.
My boys were not with us as they are with the grandparents going to a market to get some assignments done, given by his school.
So we only had our baby girl with us. Off we went after her morning nap.
We returned to this place where we last did our glasses and where I replaced my glasses after I kneeled on it shortly after I delivered the baby. Yeah, glasses broken was like even likely to happen after having the baby in sleep deprivation. Hahah.

We chose our frames first where the husband and I took the cheapest ones rm39. I picked a pair too as my spare because you really never know when accidents can happen. There are many glasses in different price ranges here.
After getting checked via the machine, there is an increase in the power of my husband's eyes so they went for further check to confirm and try out a new pair of lens.
While waiting for him, my daughter and I looked around. I didnt need to check because I have just made a new pair some months ago. So I could just follow back the record in their system.
They asked us to just wait for 30 minutes and they have ready stock for the lens. We did not choose very elaborate lens but I chose back the multicoated lens that comes with the frame, while my husband added on RM50 for his anti blu ray lens. Good enough for us. The total only amounted to RM128! This is seriously a good deal! We actually also just choose very basic ones. There are many better lens introduced and even with those, the price is still very reasonable but we decided these suffice for us, especially for me who sometimes use contact lens half of my time when I go out to teach.
How do we look with our new specs?
I think we look not bad though my husband basically chose back a very similar one to his old pair while I chose a slight greyish pair. Thank God we were able to settle this errand before he flies off and we are now getting used to our new pair of glasses!
The waiting time is not that long, good thing you take care of it this early. It looks good to both of you, your choice is all good ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ
