On July 20, 2024, at 8:30 in the morning, my father told me to look at his small garden beside our house for fresh Ampalaya for our food this morning. This Ampalaya is a special recipe of my father. Anyways, I saw three big Ampalaya, and I'm going to take them first using scissors.
My father sliced the ampalaya into small pieces, rubbed it with salt, and washed it again, while I didn't do anything. I bought a mixture for the ampalaya which consists of 2 eggs, garlic, onion, and one piece of Magic Sarap. I mixed the eggs in a small plate and added a little salt.
First, I boiled oil. Then, I added the garlic and onion. When the onion and garlic were crispy, I added the ampalaya. I waited for one minute before mixing in the egg. After a minute, I mixed the egg with the ampalaya slowly.
As for me, my secret when cooking ampalaya is that you don't mix it too much while cooking, Just stir it gently and wait a few minutes.
We enjoy eating with my family. I'm very happy that my father planted ampalaya. To be honest, it's my favorite vegetable, and as I know, ampalaya is very healthy. It can help control blood sugar and fight cancer, among many other benefits. What are you waiting for? Do plant your own Ampalaya garden for our bodies to be healthy. I will also share an idea based on our experience.
My father used to buy a piece of ampalaya from the market. He took the seeds and put them in the heat. Then, if you see that the seeds are dry, you can plant them into black soil. Also, water the sand every day. After 2 months, you can see that the leaves of the ampalaya have grown. Put sticks beside your plants for the tendrils of the plant. LIKE THIS 👇
Three months of growing 👇
It's very easy to take care of. Then, you have to wait for about 3 months, and you can harvest it.
That's all for today. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you for your time and support on my blogs. Your support is greatly appreciated. God bless you all. See you in my next blog. 💗
