We all have been given nickname's by someone in childhood or even when we grew up it is so normal and people think it is funny.
In my case people have crossed all limits being called by a nickname which made me hate myself and forced to stay at home just to avoid it.

Moved to a new Town
Best friend forever? Nah, i only had temporary friends who made my childhood day's miserable.
I was Good at making friends when i was just a kid and started making new friends in new town.
Going out to play everyday with friends and the life was going so Good in new town until i meet a guy.
He was a landlord himself because of his rich dad owns the most land in the town.
As usual, i was playing and he or his gang came from nowhere. started questioning random stuff in a rude way. I denied, he got mad at me and made fun of my tanned skin calling me "Black".
I was like where it comes from? He himself was chubby but i didn't made fun of him though stayed quite and moved back.
Later, he made me famous giving me nickname "Blackberry" in the town just to take revenge for literally no reason.
My reaction when people started bullying me
It was already gone too far now everyone was calling me with that nickname. Even people didn't knew my real name but know me by Nickname
I have no idea they're Being Racist although my skin is brownish but society made me started hating myself cause of being bullied for my looks.
I got bullied by kid's or old uncles, so at the end what i got?
it made me depressed, Hate's me to see myself in mirror. Started to hate taking picture of me, unable to take picture with someone.
Why? Because I've been called with the nickname that leaves a mark in my heart and mind
They've always told me from the start that you're ugly, so ugly. Now I'm 18 and mature person but these thing's hurts me coz I've lost my self confidence.
Believe me or not, i always feared about someone will call me with that nickname when I'm in school, never told my school friends where i live just because of how badly i felt and bullied the whole time.
Not once, i remember when i was a kid my mom always told me not to make fun of someone's name or colour or religion.
Even if i have given someone a nickname that would be unique so the person don't mind but say its cute.
People should normalise listening to other's how they feel or getting hurt intentionally or unintentionally at my time there was no one who supported me it was only me standing alone and till i was in that town my life was like nothing more than living in a hell.
Bullying or harassing is too normal and children's are getting hurt they don't tell their parents and just like my mother taught me to be polite and don't make fun of anyone name or colour or race, religion. I will do same after becoming parent so no one have to go through same as i went.
I hope you understand my point of view. Didn't thought I'll be able to write on this topic as it isn't easy to describe but somehow i did it.

I remember being bullied as a kid! It wasn't fun, it hurt but in the end, it made me strong. Nevertheless, I don't wish that on anybody.
I don't wish that on anybody too. It is the reason i lost self confidence but somehow feel stronger.

Being bullied is really hurt and it it gives bad influence towards our personality as it lowers our self confidence. I have experienced it too when I was still in grade school but not in the neck name but because of my teeth. Its hurt sis @idksamad78699 but we have to go on.

They kicked me downstairs. They beat me with chairs. I had bruises all over my body for many years...
Oh that's really bad and feel sad to hear. It's really the worst thing ever and wish every kid stay's safe.
I don't know about other countries, but in Germany, there is a suicide by children nearly every day because of bullying 😔 And the schools don't do anything against it 🤬 They always say "We don't have bullying in our school". Assholes!

Yes, but I only know the numbers for Germany. I thought about suicide often as a child. It wasn't only the bullying at school, I also had a terrible childhood at home. I don't have much to do with my parents anymore. I try to avoid them as much as possible.
