Hello dear esteemed Hiveians in weekend experience Community. I hope you are all doing great. I am super excited to make my first post in this Community. I am really sorry for writing late, yes, 3 days ago i found this Community and i asked questions on what to write and how to write it and an answer was given to me by the admin. Unfortunately I had some challenges, i could not write it immediately. I am going to share with you how my Saturday and Sunday went.
My weekend.
I had plans of going to wedding with a friend on Saturday and visiting a family friend on Sunday but things did not work out that way. Just as the holy book put it, time and unforseen circumstances can change your plans. Saturday morning, i called him to know how we are moving, but he did not pick up his call, i called again to no avail. I was disturbed but being a Hiveian, i logged into my account to read some post and comment. After an hour he called me back only to tell me that he lost his step father last night.
OMG, i don't know what to do again, i was completely tired, discouraged and unhappy. I tried to do things that morning but could not do it. I managed took my breakfast and instead of staying in the house, i went to nearby salon to paint my nails..
You can see from the above picture, after cleaning the nails, i choosed pink color cutex, why you may want to know. To me pink means love,attraction, purity and joy. I love the out come so much and I was able to chear up.
In the evening of that same Saturday, i attended #hive meetup with fellow Hiveians. Check the post here I was encouraged from what I learned. That was how my Saturday went and on Sunday, i and my children prepared for our christian meeting, while we were going, around 10:am, i noticed that, there was raiot and 2 police Men were killed because of the raiot.
We managed to cross but i could not take any picture because I was afraid of bringing out my phone. So after our meeting, an announcement was made that anyone using our road to go must be careful. On our way back, we saw 2 police van, they have arrested area boys that caused the problem. Our main road is under construction but the engineers was not working because of the problem. I managed got a shot of the catapillar.
As we reached house, i ate my lunch and prepared to visit the family friend. I decided to call her to direct me since she did not reply my message on WhatsApp. Do you know what?😭 To my surprise, she told me that she has not come out that day as the raiot is much on their side. What a sad news. So we spoke on phone for like 20 minutes and reschedule it this week Sunday.
My plans this weekend.
From today Friday 18/1/2022 in the evening, i will go to help a family to cook food in preparation of their mothers burial on Saturday 19/11/2022, and on Saturday i will attend the burial if possible. I said if possible because, the place for the main burial is far, it will be in her village while we will cook here in Uyo town so since i am among the cooks, if i am tired, i may not follow them to the burial. On Sunday, after our meeting, i will visit the family i missed last week Sunday. All this will be possible by God's help not my own at all.

@ijelady, no matter anything, you still have a nice daily activities. Because you are life, you have time to paint your nails. Keep it up.
