Hi! I'm excited to meet you once again this weekend with these topics that have made me laugh, I even recorded a video for you. You can see it at the end of the post.

Assume you could acquire a single habit overnight, what would it be and why would you like to have it. How would it impact your life, be of benefit or add value and is there a reason you want that particular habit but don't yet have it?

I have chosen this topic I have to admit it, first because I don't know if I have any strange habits, I will have to ask my friends or family, because I haven't noticed if I have them, it seems incredible, but I'm sure I must have some. Haha

But if I am sure of a habit that I must acquire:

Drinking water.


I most don't do it and that's not good at all, at most I drink only at meal times. And if I skip a meal, I don't drink it at that time.

It is well known that we should drink at least 2 liters of water daily.

The advantages are so many that our body :

  • Remember:

It is 60 percent water, the brain is 70 percent water, the blood is 80 percent water, and the lungs are 90 percent water. (Fuente)

So providing this vital liquid to our body we would be protecting and caring for it, helping it to function better and not wear out over time.

For example for the lubrication of the joints, to promote the functioning of the intestines, also reducing the heartbeat, we would even avoid a dry skin and lips, dull hair.

Drinking water would even help me to take off those extra kilos, choosing it over sugary drinks.

And so many benefits my friends, and me overloading my body, working without fuel. That's why I have to get into this habit.

And as a curious fact, it is not for nothing that drinking enough water helps us to get out of a viral situation, besides avoiding a hangover.

You want to know how? Drink plenty of water before you start drinking and then a little more before going to sleep.

**Water is life and I need to extend my years, I have two princesses who are my reasons for being and being. And I must be an example for them, and encourage from this moment of reflection this habit in them.

They study music and that will help them a lot in their mental functions as well.

Besides, it is never too much to keep looking healthy as time goes by.

From today I will be a Mermaid!

I work outside and struggle with dehydration, I drink one cup of coffee in the morning and drink water all day and still, I am dehydrated. I would be in the hospital if I drank as little water as you do.

I think your body would collapse, you should definitely stay hydrated as much as possible.

Oh, I guess I am in contrast to that. I love to drink water especially when I know I would be home almost all through the day. At times, water could be my lunch. @isgledysduarte Water is life. 😀

The water I was reading can help us in those moments, to clamor our stomach, or people who diet to make weight on it and avoid overeating.
