How are you doing? How are you preparing for Christmas?
Since I finally got some free time from grading papers and checking my student's writings, I decided to participate here.
I consider myself more of a river person rather than a beach person, but I used to lived in the coast, so, going to beach was easier than going to the river.
Of course I spent great time on those occasions and I enjoy a lot. Last year was the year I went more often to the beach and early this year, I made a quick trip to an Island to visit a friend.
But let me tell you about my favorite beach moments.
I remember this day clearly. I went to a beach house with my whole family. It was also the first time baby Emma saw the sea. It is also an important memory because my other two nieces were there witn us and they were just staying for a couple of months since they were about to moved to Brazil. We had a great time, and it was very fun.
This is a memory I truly value. This is one of the friends I made in college. We met in 2011 and since then we became good friends. Since she returned to her home, we tried our best to keep in touch and always be there for one another.
These photos are from this year. I haven't seen her since 2019 and last year she had this beautiful boy. I wanted to meet him, so after almost 5 years I went to her city and spent two weeks with them. I really enjoyed that trip, I loved meeting her baby and of course, it proved that our friendship it's still stronger than ever.
