Today, I'm going to share our fun bonding moements with my little cousins—one of them happens to be the cousin of my uncle's girlfriend!
This is especially true that each time I go with my little cousins; I feel as if their energy makes me half their age! I do have my limits, but I try to keep the pace with them ! Even when they are just fooling around, I join in—and that makes it all the merrier!
So one weekend, we all gathered and decided to go on a hike. The original plan was that only one child would come with my aunt but of course, the others did not want to be left behind! They insisted on coming along, and eventually, we had to take all. No one was going to miss the outing!
Thankfully, they walked well. No running, no random tantrums—just pure excitement and laughter. Honestly, I was expecting some chaos—but nope! They would listen to us, and everything was just smoother from there. I thank God for that!
As we were walking, we passed by a beautiful terrace full of flowers, and they were all yellow! It was such a lovely sight. So of course, what else would we do but take pictures? We snapped some selfies and group photos.
What was funny was that while searching for a camera operator to take a group picture, we actually handed over the blame to our 5-year cousin. Guess what! The images turned out really good. Well... sort of. We weren't centered properly, and the angle was wrong, but it still had that perfectly imperfect charm!

Honestly, this simple hike took me back to remember of how important it is to treasure small moments like these. Life gets busy, but whenever I get time with family, especially the little ones, it gets light.
So if you ever happen to be able to take a little trip with your younger siblings or cousins, please do! You are going to be surprised by the amount of fun.
