Interesting thoughts. No, none of us would like to live the exact live we’ve had again.
It is desirable to want to go back and experience for longer some of the good times and memories you had. But when we die and our soul leaves this place, will it matter much?
Actually, all that we are left with in this world is our memories, good memories are the ultimate high, but, you’re right, in an altered future, perhaps reincarnated, would it matter much.

I agree, I think that's why we don't need to take life so seriously and try and enjoy it as much as we can.
