There are so many deserving individuals on Hive that I've yet to meet who need just a bit of recognition to take off and give them confidence. The key is engagement to find them.

Balancing out hive time between engagement and writing, plus life in the real world is a constant struggle, especially for one who wants to build here on the platform. Engagement is so important to that as posting good content alone, with no engagement, doesn't seem to gain people much traction. It sounds like you have discovered a reasonable balance though, so all the best with that. Don't forget to read this post and maybe throw your hat in the ring for the delegation prize...If you want of course.
