Great view of Hong Kong @jane1289
New Year's exhausted me mostly from picking my Mom up from her Care residence requiring me to physically transfer her from wheelchair to car seat and back again. Then dismantle and reassemble her wheelchair. It's what lengths we go through to keep Mom involved so she could come enjoy a family New Years dinner. She wasn't alert as usual having dozed off after dinner. Come Sunday, I slept in a little.

Can I apply as her Caregiver? Hehe.. Just kidding.
At least she was able to join you on the New Year ...how old is she?
She would be much better if she didn't have a freak fall and injured her head some years ago putting her fast down the path of dementia with memory issues. She thinks she is in her School years in a boarding school but remembers me and my siblings. I like to visit her weekly for lunch.
I pity her.. Life at home for the elderly is quite boring I guess.. Still no other better place than home with loved ones... But she needs to be there since you guys are working..
I hope has plenty of years ahead of her and I'll keep on bringing her to the family get togethers.
