Tour around Elmar Resort

Happy everyone! I hope you enjoyed your weekend.

Yesterday our cousins invited me and my sister to go with them to Elmar Resort which is located in Sogod, Cebu City. They were able to booked a promo and want to experience and enjoy the beautiful beach of Elmar Resort for a night. Unfortunately I was not available yesterday since I already have plans.

This morning, me and my sister decided to come along in picking them in the resort. we traveled around two hours from the City to the resort. I did not expect it to be far. as soon as we arrived, I thought we could immediately enjoy the beach but cars are not allowed inside the resort. cars can only wait in the parking area. they have a golf cart to pick up the guest and drop off in their designated cottage or room.

Our cousin came to pick us up in the parking area in a golf cart. fortunately the staff was friendly and gave us a tour. we tour the vicinity of the resort. the resort was so big. according to the staff the total area of the resort is actually around 88 hectares but they only developed around 22 hectares so far.

These are some of the photos I took.

They have a lot of ostrich but only these two can be approached by the guest. I think they are also planning to add horse back riding but so far we have only seen ostrich.

This is the swimming pool area. it may seem like there is no swimming pool in the photo but I assure you there is one, the color is just the same with the sea.

this is the beach area, it is so beautiful! according to the staff, the area usually has a lot people in the morning and the afternoon. maybe to avoid the heat of the sun.

They even have a massage area facing the beach.

They also have ATV, you can rent an ATV and tour around the whole resort.

This is their golf cart. it is the only service allowed inside the resort. you can call the lobby if you need one. this is us, about to go home.

The resort is really beautiful! I wish I could come back here and spent a night so I could enjoy the food, the sea, the breeze, everything!
