Everyone has a different definition of youth 🍏

How have you been? Hope you will make the most of your precious time in the day. Because every minute that passes will never come back. Youth is the most precious time in a person's life, but it is also the time that passes the fastest.
Perhaps because at that stage, people were young and enthusiastic, busy with so many things around them, they felt that time passed in a hurry. A few years later, looking back, that was the old story, the old story goes. It is also because it is so special, so youth is very respectable, deserves to be with the people that you love, do the things it wishes, or simply spend some time with yourself.
For me, youth is a series of days roaming through the streets of the village and alleyways, sitting on an old motorbike walking around the city, traveling far or near... just living actively and connecting with nature, for me it is a beautiful day. A few years ago, I was invited by a friend to participate in the Phuot Race Danang program of the Phuot Danang Group.

The program was held for 2 weekends, the program size was large, maybe because that is the last season. There were seven teams involved, four members each, and we were divided by shirt color. Most of us don't know each other, young people from all parts of the country, live and work in Da Nang, or know about the program and then they come to join. Because this is a program implemented by the volunteer group, with the desire to connect people and create a healthy playground for young people.
We gathered very early at Park 29/3, people met with our team and listened to the organizers' announcement. We will not be able to use our own phone and money during the 2 days of participation. This is an opportunity for us to get to know and socialize with our new friends, instead of just looking at our phones. These games combine the knowledge of many areas, from literature, history, geography, mathematics...how you apply and create the data that is given to find the answers.
Or games that use health such as rope climbing, fast running,...especially these are games that need teamwork, that's why it is divided by team, and I realize, each team has a strong member in a different aspect. That brings uniformity and makes the competition more interesting.
Because you can't predict which team will make it. After one part of the competition, one team is eliminated and the game is stopped, the opportunity is divided among the other teams. Our testing equipment is mostly recycled materials, like plastic bottles and glasses, which we clean up after each drop-off location, in accordance with the program criteria of environmental protection.

The games are so exciting, but what amuses me the most is that in the evening, when people finish cooking rice without using a lighter, it means that people have to build their own fire to cook the small rice cooker with only two small stones and a few wood crumbs. We had dinner, we had a fire, we sat around, it was a moonlit night, no phones, no internet, just people laughing.
It's been a long time since I've had that feeling of being connected to everyone around me. How precious it is.
The competition takes place at Pham Van Dong beach in the heart of the city.
Beaches in Da Nang have long stretches of white sand as fine as velvet. There's nothing better than stepping in the sand, seeing the peaceful waves from afar. Not only that, but the warm blue water all year round with coconut trees has coconut ships, just like the giant combs that are poetically surrounding the sea and accidentally brushing against the blue clouds.
Watching the long, beautiful coastline, four seasons of clear blue water, warm water temperature, and calm waves bring a rare sense of peace. And we were able to enjoy the sunrise at sea, and in parallel with the program, it seemed so idyllic as well as so sweet.
Along with the sunrise beauty on Da Nang beach, when the sunset was over, I also saw Pham Van Dong beach coat itself with a new quiet color, the beach now seems to be quieter, creating an extremely charming landscape for anyone when coming here.

Next is Hai Van Pass, where the final exam parts take place.
Through the mountains of lush green forest, the road bends along the edge of the mountain, bringing visitors to open and extremely beautiful space.
We were walking between the vast expanse of the sea and the sky, enjoying the marvelous beauty of the country's mountains and rivers. In front of us, there are high mountain ranges, far away is a long stretch of white sand, followed by a gentle blue sea, all as embellished and brightened for Hai Van pass.
The journey on the road of Hai Van pass will take people through many surprises. From curiosity, excitement to refreshing moments when you can admire the fascinating beauty of nature.
Hai Van Pass is not only an attractive tourist destination due to its impressive natural scenery but also attracted by its long history stories. This has created a strong attraction for young people when visiting and exploring Hai Van Pass. With dangerous terrain, Hai Van Pass is still the first choice for tourists to visit. Standing on Hai Van Pass facing Da Nang city, people can also see the center of the city of Son Tra peninsula, see the sea. Right at the foot of Hai Van Pass is Lang Co Bay – a famous tourist destination of Hue City.
Hai Van Passway is a focal point to bring visitors to the scenery of the two provinces. The overlooking and panoramic view will be an opportunity for visitors to enjoy the beauty of the south and north of Hai Van Pass. Unlike the rustic tranquil beauty of Hue city, which is not as vibrant as Da Nang, it conquers visitors by the mellowness and freshness of nature.
There are many different ways to connect with nature. Sometimes, just listen to the singing of birds, plant flowers and feel the beauty of each branch, observe the surrounding grass,...
Human beings are a small part of the Earth's ecosystem, inseparable. Not only because it takes oxygen to breathe, fruit to eat, to have shade,... We need to live in the heart of nature to water our souls to be green and gentle. Without nature, I think we're going to be dry deserts.

I have learned that just spending a little time looking up at the sky, letting the breeze gently pass, or listening to the birds singing by the window.., even if it is a brief moment, can make our senses associate with some of the wonders of nature, reminding us that nature is a cell of the universe – where we can make each person find peace in our souls.
When you set your mind to feel and listen, you will realize that nature, as a professor and practitioner, can guide you in how to preserve a peaceful soul, how to follow nature, and how to open your heart to your soul. When you are connected to nature, just use some simple methods such as reaching your shoulders high, taking a deep breath.., you will find yourself becoming more comfortable, young, quiet, all life pressure seems to dissipate.
Your senses will also be awakened by nature. Nature can bring us full of surprises, just as you keep an open mind to explore and experience it. If you feel like wasting time spending a few minutes immersing yourself in nature, you've missed the most amazing thing in life. Train yourself a slow walking habit and live as yourself when connecting with nature.
When you're connected to nature, you don't have to find all the answers or know everything, just let nature get to you and discover what it already has, which is a wonderful experience. For yourself and your mind to be connected to nature, that's how you treat yourself. Linking with nature often means very deep and full of excitement, but not every experience feels good, maybe you will have some trouble such as health, weather, color, the taste of the air...
But those are the same lessons that nature gives you. Take up the difficulties and challenges, experience them and live them. This will make your life more complete.

The sounds of the forest, the scent of the leaves, the sunshine among the foliage, and the fresh air will bring a feeling of freshness and comfort. It was one of the big lessons I learned after joining the Phuot Race Da Nang program.
