Its really important to introduce fruits and vegetables to kids while they are young. In my part since I am a picky eater when I was a kid, I had a hard time chewing other vegetables especially the leafy and slimy ones today. That's why I'm letting the kids have it on their meals so they will get used to it and explain to them the importance of those to their body.
