You gave very good advice and I should follow all of them but especially the one about sleep because often because of various commitments I don't sleep when I should

Sleep is the biggest asset, if you get sleep naturally, then don't play with it, because I did the same mistake and it has taken six months to be able to sleep naturally, but still I get up often in the middle. Commitments, schedules, everything else, are not higher priority than your life.
