Weekend Experiences Prompt
Draw/paint yourself at work doing your job. (Shit drawings are acceptable, you don't have to be an artist, it just has to be your work.) Also, explain the drawing/painting. Use a photo of your drawing or painting as your post image.
Ctrl+z tool is my best friend. With hand-drawn illustrations, I use pencil first and then trace over it with pen. Oftentimes, while doing a hand-drawn illustration, my hand defaults to pushing the ctrl+z buttons when I make a mistake. I then realize there is no keyboard there. I guess that shows how much I am on the computer.Happy weekend everyone, and happy Labor Day weekend to everyone in the United States. Thank you @galenkp for prompting me to bring out a pencil and pen (and crayons) this weekend; it's been a while since I've done a hand-drawing. I work from home for my job, and one of my go-to places is the couch in the living room. Lately, I try to get work done when my daughter is home from school, which can be challenging. I work as a Data Annotator for machine learning purposes. IBM describes machine learning as "a branch of artificial intelligence and computer science that focuses on the using data and algorithms to enable AI to imitate the way that humans learn, gradually improving its accuracy." The perks of this job are the incredible flexibility and learning interesting facts about the stuff I research. I like working from home because I can control my work environment and I have less distractions. I'm a very introverted person so I enjoy the alone time. However, even for me, it does get pretty isolating at times.
Gabby saw my drawing and felt the need to imitate it.

your drawing is great! you have the skills at least a lot better than my drawing skills. I also sit in front of a laptop for most of my work and I used to work from home as well but now I started having to go to office :c.
haha thank you, it's only because I use pencil and eraser first. I have a hard time drawing people, especially hands and feet. Oh no, do you prefer working from home?
haha it's still a good drawing . better than anything I can cook up with my drawing skills.
Yes haha who doesn't prefer working from home. can save time commuting and on food etc.
They say that what is well learned is not forgotten. Your drawing is good. And Gabby wanted to be part of the fun.
Cheers, interesting your work.
Thank you ♡
You are very welcome.
