Last Saturday I finished the last day of the night shift at work full of excitement because I found out that my kids are going to the city with their grandparents because of some business matters to do. So even though I was tired, I chose to take a ride straight to where the two of them were to pick them up. Exactly I wasn't going home this week because my budget was tight so I just plan to go home only after my payday and good thing that it was also the right time that papa really has to repair a house this week for one of the relatives here and mama also needs to do something in the city so they have to bring our kids with them because my partner also has to work too so they have no one to babysit the two.

I picked them up from their grandparents and head back so they will stay with me until their grandparents will accomplish their business. It was a privilege also that my roommates went home this week so I have enough space for them to stay.
First, we stop by after we arrived at the bus station we went straight to the nearest Jollibee (one of most kids' favorite food chains in the Philippines). I bought the two one of their favorite food for take out and after that, I wish to head to my place for me to rest since I did not sleep yet from work. While walking on the street we had the chance to pass by my workplace, so I immediately introduced to them that is where I am working and earning money for us. (But after that, I had a few questions back from them so I just answered them thought they also might understand why I choose to work far from them 🥺.)
On that day even though I'm quite tired I have a lot of plans after I can have a few hours of sleep thinking they might be going home the following day, I planned to roam them around the place and just have fun with me since here have a very different environment from the province and I just want them to introduce a few things that can only be seen here in the City but since the weather is not good we decided just to stay home and just enjoy our company instead.
The following day (yesterday) the weather was now fine so I decided to stroll them to one of the malls near us. With the little money left, I treated my two little big bosses and made them smile with some endless photos.
I bought them their favorite food (french fries) and a drink, I also took a nice photo of the view above which actually we didn't dine in but I just found this cute for them to post quickly.😅
Then after eating, we continue strolling, and find me a headache since the two of them were full of joy they don't want me to hold them on but they kept on running in different ways and what make it more difficult and funny is that they both want to ride the escalators back and forth 😵. How I wish that their father is here too to help me also to cherish this moment as well🥰.
This week we are celebrating with the Chinese people their traditional Chinese New Year so there is a part of the mall decorated with beautiful
Chinese decorations and superstitions this year which people would love to visit so are we.
Anyways, I will be posting a continuation of our first-time experience playing in the Arcade on a low budget. At this time a just arrived home from taking the kids back to their grandparents at the bus station because they have to go back home since business is already done and my eldest needed to go back to school. It's now getting late and I need to do some naps for the later shift again.
Ended it was a tiring experience but a great opportunity for my kids to visit me around and give them a few glimpses of what is life like in the City.
