As a child I remember a Mulberries growing in from neighbours side over the wall.. wow - it was a really hectic mess haha. It was quite a big tree, though.

😃 Yes, a child can easily make a mess with those berries. Especially with Mulberries. And a Mulberry tree can produce so many of those sweet fruits. Here where I live, there is one big old tree in the garden of one of the old houses in the historic center of town. Half of the branches are above the yard of that house and the other half above the street. The asphalt under the tree is covered with a layer of trampled mulberries during the summer.
Yeah.. that sums up my childhood memories on that topic rather well haha. It was the best place to find silkworms though. That's another awesome lifeform which we are so blessed to have with us. Very cool. Haven't seen one in years though.. actually decades now. Such clever creatures. Watched a cool segment on the news not too long ago, how a lady built a sustainable business with them, allowing them to eventually hatch into moths (apparently that isn't the norm, which is so sad).
