If it hadn't been for the zoo it would have been a wasted day, we were lucky to find this place, as for the inn I already let them know my annoyance and apparently they don't care, the good thing is that there are more places like this in the city and with better attention, thanks for reading me, a hug!

It's good that you told that establishment what your experience was and I would put it in a review as well, it's not good business practice for an Inn to "not care", shocking service.
Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise seeing as you still had a good afternoon.

I couldn't sit idly by, at least something came out of the bad experience and it was that I was able to visit the zoo, otherwise I probably wouldn't have done it, thanks for leaving your comment, a hug!
