¿ Would you have sex for money to feed your family if they were starving?
Having sex with someone is supposed to satisfy that need for pleasure that human beings feel, and in my opinion, there is nothing more divine than feeling that pleasure with the person you like too much and who you feel likes you too. But, can you imagine having sex with someone you might even feel repulsed by just to get some money so you can support your family and not let them die of hunger?
Well, my answer I can say is that I lived it firsthand, in my country Venezuela from 2016 until recently, we suffered one of the worst calamities that an entire country can suffer, an extreme crisis that made us learn and develop skills like never before, an entire country had done it.
In that crisis, shortages of food, all types of fuel, electricity, work and of course money predominated. My family was not exempt from that crisis and we experienced a lot of need and hunger.
But as we Venezuelans say, no one stops us, we did everything to survive, we walked quite long distances to find a way to feed ourselves, we planted crops, raised animals, cooked with firewood, collected recycled garbage to sell it and get something of money, we invented lots of things and personally it never crossed my mind to become a prostitute.
They were very hard times, we got very little food, I distributed these so that my 3 children and I could eat something every day, I remember one of the worst days we lived, that day we only got 3 small potatoes, I boiled them and gave them to my children for dinner, they asked me why I didn't grab food for myself and I found myself having to lie to them and tell them that I wasn't hungry, I resisted the urge to cry, but I always kept the hope of finding a way to support ourselves and that hope of that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and that light somehow shined.
I am a strong woman, I don't mind doing rough jobs, or jobs that according to society correspond only to men, I have driven a taxi to earn a living, I have learned masonry to improve my home since I don't have enough money to pay an expert and I have worked on the street selling things to survive, so if I were to accept money in exchange for sex it would only be in a moment of too much desperation
When we have children we do not know what we are capable of doing for them, all in order not to see them suffer, but my answer would be a little doubtful, leaning towards No!, exhausting every last resource to avoid it, but I would leave that option in doubt, If I became very desperate.

Terrible... (but I wouldn't do anything that would threaten my integrity) I'd rather starve to death...😔 I wouldn't know how to live with it afterwards. 😕 I don't know... this subject is very complicated.

I think it's incredible what some parents do (and have done) to sustain the lives of their families.

Do you believe children see these examples and learn from them and may apply them in their own lives as adults?
Well in my opinion and from what I have seen in my life and as I see it from my own experience in my children, if a child grows up seeing his parents being hard-working and honest, there is a good chance that they will follow that good example, of course. Not in all cases, but as parents we are left with the satisfaction that we did the best possible in raising our children.🥰
