What's up, dearest Hivers! It's been a while since I posted my last blog. I felt sad for not keeping the track. So now, here I am, publishing my new blog. I am feeling excited and happy while writing this. Hope you'll enjoy it. ❤️🤗
It was Saturday, Last August 17, just this year, my cousin was celebrating her special day. Her 13th birthday. And to celebrate her birthday, we ate outside. Just a simple but of course a happy celebration together with family. So, come with me as I will be sharing with you the errands we did on that day.
As per plan, we ate outside. And there is this restaurant located in Bogo City Cebu, where my Aunt booked a reservation for us. Around 4 in the afternoon, we were preparing ourselves and rode a tricycle to reach the area. I guess it was around a 20-30 minute ride from our home.
The name of the restaurant is DAMPA sa Bogo- Seafood Grill and Restobar. This is just along the highway, in between The Lady of Miraculous Medal Shrine and Cebeco located at Malingin, Bogo, City Cebu. They offer different dishes that are no doubt deliciously, amazing!🥳
When we arrived there, we asked for our reservation room.😊 Their staff are very accommodating to their customers. Highly appreciated.❤️
As you can see in the photo, the aura here at Dampa sa Bogo- Seafood Grill and Restobar gives a Filipino vibe. They are using bamboo for the structure, there is also a sulirap or braided coconut leaves or a cogon leaves for the roofing(not so sure for it) and a design of Banderas and lights. Simple, yet very elegant.✨
They also have this triangular-shaped shed.

After roaming outside, we went inside our reserved room and the ambiance inside was very peaceful and cool!
They provided us with a comfortable space ❤️
There is also a billiard pool😍. It is so cool, 'cause we enjoyed our time without getting bored. We may not be a pro billiard player, but we had a good time laughing. Lol.
They also have a smart TV inside, a speaker, and a microphone. Karaoke on the go😍
The room is air-conditioned and of course Free wifi! 🥰
The room has this human-sized teddy bear.
(That's my cousin's best friend by the way. She celebrated with us.❤️)
Now, let me share with you the good food that we had.😋
Our main dish was this. I forgot the name of this one 'cause I haven't seen the menu. My apologies. 🙂
But inside these platters are some crabs, sea shells like clams and oysters, shrimp, calamari, lumpiang Shanghai, grilled fish, chicken, pork, chorizo, and of course rice.
We also had pork sinigang, for our soup😋
If you want to eat here, you can just dm them on their Facebook page, Dampa sa Bogo - Seafood, Grill, and Restobar, and ask for the menu.
I'm writing this with a watery mouth. haha
We also had pizza.🍕
And Shakes, for dessert🍧. We ordered different flavors to try, and all of them were tasty😋 and in big sizes. 😱
We were very full at that time. Thanks God for the blessing😇.
Then, a birthday is completed with a cake right.? So here's the cake of my cousin.🎂

Together with the cake are cupcakes. They are so cute, right?😍 I'm telling you, the cake and cupcakes really satisfied our cravings for sweets.🥰
By the way guys, this is my cousin who celebrated her birthday.
I can say that she's a lady now. 💃
Time flies so fast that we can not stop it. What we can do is to enjoy and treasure every moment of our lives, doing the best that we can. As long as we are happy, then that's a meaningful life. 🥰
We had a great day last August 17, 2024, we celebrated her birthday, we spent our time very well, and we thanked God for the gift of life. 😇
