How do you prepare for adversity, problems and situations that can have a negative impact on you and your life? Use your own photographs.
To be prepared for adversity, problems and unpleasant situations is to always look into the future, to see the negative. To this, I add that if we are only thinking about unpleasant situations in order to face them we are generating energy that can bring us back to situations to face.
Having said this, I am living a process where after having so much theory about energy, field of infinite possibilities, past, present and future, how to see the thought before everything that can happen.
Knowing about topics that are already scientifically proven as thinking because thoughts are energy, vibration because through the words we emit vibration that go to the universe, proven that the universe feels the vibration and responds with it, these are issues that although there is much theory to guide many still do not understand it, do not believe in it and prefer to live preparing for what comes, whether good, not so good ... as they want to feel it.
Recognizing this, leads us to hear that we must live in the present, because according to some authors, the present is the only thing we have, when a minute passes and what happened a minute ago is past for some authors who define it this way.
To live the present, as it is said, is not so simple, always without wanting to go to yesterday, what happened to us, how it affected us, without a doubt we go to the past, then it happens that with what happens in our external world we begin to think how we are going to solve future situations. The question is: Where is the present? if it is the only thing we have and it is when we must act so that these convulsed, tense, terrifying scenarios are more friendly, peaceful; they do not have so much impact on us, therefore on our surroundings.
This is said to be easy, it is not, it is a cognitive process where we find strategies to learn to be in the present, every day that comes is still the present ... what happened yesterday to take the best of it, always looking that if today we do better than yesterday of course every day that comes gives us pleasant surprises.
Even if there are situations that affect our surroundings, as long as there is peace and love in our mind we handle better what we give ourselves the permission to live it together with other people. Otherwise, we join the collective consciousness and as the collective sees it, which usually sees everything wrong, it affects us.
So the best thing to do is to look inside ourselves, to accept, to understand, to live the day, to go on doing, but above all to prepare ourselves internally from acceptance in everything that surrounds us, love, what makes us happy, how we see the people around us, above all to give ourselves a lot of love and our energy field to be impregnated with love, we radiate the most powerful energy that exists in all our daily activities.
Let's enjoy what we do every day, even if it is just watching a movie and feeling happy.
