Is still cool that you wake up early, I think that would even make you cover up a lot for the day but make sure of one thing... Sleep when you feel sleepy

Waking up early helps me a lot because I get the entire day to work. I do sleep at least 7 hours as that's the amount of sleep a healthy person requires recommended by the doctors.
