Greetings everyone, thank you @galenkp for this invitation, I love nature and seeing all the photos shared gives me a lot of emotion.
I chose this photo because it brought back a special memory of Christmas 2020, after being locked up at home for a year because of the Covid, we decided to spend the holidays in a camp in Yaracuy State, Venezuela.
We did not know the place and from the moment we arrived we were captivated, a very beautiful place, surrounded by nature.
*In this picture is my oldest son swinging on a rope.
What I liked the most was that we had the opportunity to disconnect from everything. There was no internet signal, so we used our phones only to take pictures, so it was a time to enjoy nature and be with family.
Blessings to all ✨
Beautiful. Its great when you can enjoy nature with family.
Absolutely, it is a great blessing ✨
A rope swing over a lake or river is always a good time and especially after being locked up like we all were in 2020! This looks like a really nice spot and I can see why you chose it this week. ✅

My children really enjoyed the tour, I hope to return there soon 🤗
Is it far from home or close by? A drive in the car away?
It's about 4 hours by car from my city

Venezuela again?! I've said something about Venezuela is gorgeous about 4 times in 4 minutes cuz I think I just stopped by 4 in a row. Venezuela comin in hot!!
Beautiful landscape, I wanna visit a little more with each photo.
Hahahaha, this weekend some of us Venezuelans got active to show the wonders of our country, the truth is that there is something for everyone: beaches, rivers, mountains and forests.
I have yet to see many of its beauties 😊.
This is a sunset on one of the beaches in the east of the country.
Nice shot.
🤗😊
Nice quiet setting to relax @miriannalis many places here don't have internet connection, actually makes one take a good break away from daily life.
I think it is necessary to take a few days of disconnection from time to time @joanstewart, it is amazing how I could appreciate longer days and every detail that surrounds us.
By not being distracted by technology we were able to appreciate the natural beauty of this place.
Good to make time even down to a local park for a picnic, being outdoors is what we need especially in this fast paced world we live in.
Absolutely! It is very relaxing to enjoy a sunny afternoon lying on the grass.
Beautiful landscape of my beloved Venezuela, I would like to be there and drop into the water.
Sometimes it is necessary to disconnect from technology and connect with nature.
It is very necessary and this was a very nice trip, we even took a boat ride on that lake 🤗.
It must have been a very enjoyable experience
Absolutely! 😊🤗
What a beautiful place! Mixed foliage to be sure. Looks like two kinds of palm trees and some sort of hard wood. That makes it pretty darn exotic to me.
I love being completely out of touch. When I am 'in touch' I sort of feel an obligation to civilization. When I'm outside the loop I certainly do not.
There are many types of trees, some exotic certainly for this type of landscape, but all beautiful and make a perfect combination.
It's amazing how it makes us feel to be disconnected from all the civilization 😊, although I tell you that my 15 year old niece suffered the first 2 days because she couldn't find what to do without the cell phone 😅, then she adapted to the experience and took advantage of it, but it was difficult, her world revolves around technology 🙈
Very cool shadows 😍
😍🤗😘
Haha Venezuela is strongly represented this week! Did you guys plan this??? 👀😁.
I like the second shot the most, it's the reflection in the water that has my attention 😃
Hahaha, well, that was a happy coincidence 😅
Notice that after I posted it I noticed that reflection and I kept admiring the photo for a long time because of that detail 🤗.
