Hello,

I really like your advice, especially this one about knowing ourselves and not forgetting the need to keep active, whether it's exercising, cycling, walking... it closes the circle. It's all about getting and spending energy wisely. I wish many young people would take advice like that. It's sad to see how people get sick because of inadequate management of their body and emotions and then it's hard to recover.
