Weekend Commitment: Know it!!! A voice to teach, a hobby to win smiles.

in Weekend Experiences3 years ago (edited)

Among the different options available for the weekend engagement, I decided to choose such a personal topic, it may even seem like self-pride, but actually talking about that something I know so much about, aroused my interest, and at the same time allowed me to recognize the importance of my voice, its power and how it has managed to help many people over the years.

Know it

What is something you know a lot about? Is it a hobby, history, your job/employment, health and fitness, nature? Tell us something you know a lot about(Cryptocurrency topics are excluded)

What do I know? A lot of talking. Laughs. And I just can't stop. Communicating is a gift and not all of us have the opportunity to express ourselves without difficulty and at the same time contribute with a message or carry a purpose. Fortunately, my goals from the beginning of my career have been focused on what I am good at and what I do best. Speaking has given me the opportunity to demonstrate knowledge in training, coaching, mentoring and educating an individual or group of people. My best side is in sharing the many or few skills I have. What do I have? As a Social Communicator I have some skills, but also an additional gift for public speaking, writing, managing conflicts and large work groups, always considering organization and minimum detail.

Teaching is what I know.

I feel proud of myself, for helping so many people in life with my work, with my voice, with my knowledge, because I know that I was listened to, because I was also the voice of those who did not know how to express their needs, because today many people remember so many things that I had the opportunity to teach and guide. I did not carry pockets full of money to each person, but I did carry knowledge and hope. Teaching is an act of humility, and I did not speak only of teaching in a classroom, it is more interactive, real, everyday, experiential and not traditional, it is learning and teaching at the same time, for me it is a wonderful job.

Teaching is a wonderful job.

With humility first.

"Voice has power and my strength is my voice".

A hobby I know and love

Of course I have developed other hobbies and they were sparked by my role as a mother. I love making crafts and accessories for girls and it's something I'm really good at, more than just praising myself, it's about putting heart into every single thing I make and the details.

My designs and handicrafts.

Which in the end leaves the best result, the smile of my little customers, the gratitude of their moms and last but not least, the joy of my little girl with every design I made for her.

With every accessory for her a rewarding smile.

That's what knowing a lot about something is all about, bringing smiles, leaving teachings, sharing what we know. We do nothing by knowing so much and not socializing what we think we are good at. Personally it is so satisfying to feel the respect of people, regardless of age, it is a sign that the objective is being fulfilled, that I am really contributing to a better life from knowledge and teaching.

Until an upcoming weekend engagement.
