This weekend in particular I have to be inside my home because I receive the visit of a mason who will begin the reconstruction of a wall that is practically falling down inside my apartment due to leaks in the roof as a result of lack of maintenance of the same (this roof is a common area of the building where I live, but the Condominium Board has ignored my claims, so I decided to have it repaired by myself last week).
Additionally, I have to tidy up the room where the clothes I wear regularly, my movies and some things I accumulated in the year 2023 that I don't need, so I proceed to donate them or in the worst case, throw them away in the trash.

I have to get out of these activities because once I get organized and have more peace of mind, I can paint my home to make sure I can enjoy the benefits of spending time at home such as the peace and security needed to rest and recharge.
In addition, weekends at home allow us to strengthen our family relationships, cultivate our passions, take care of ourselves and be more productive. Therefore, instead of viewing spending time at home as a waste of time, we should value it as an investment in our health, well-being and happiness.
We live in a fast-paced, busy world where spending time at home may seem like a luxury or a waste of time, but it provides us with a quiet, safe haven. At home, we can disconnect from the outside world and renew our energy. In addition, having a safe environment gives us peace of mind and allows us to maintain emotional balance.
I look forward to having time on the weekend to strengthen family relationships, spending quality time with my family, talking, playing together or just enjoying each other's company. These interactions strengthen family bonds and create lasting memories.
Another benefit of spending the weekend at home is the opportunity to cultivate hobbies and passions. Often, our daily occupations do not allow us to pursue our hobbies or personal interests. However, by being at home, we can spend time pursuing whatever activities we are passionate about. These activities provide us with a creative outlet and help us maintain a balanced and healthy mindset.

In addition, spending time at home gives us the opportunity to take care of ourselves. In our hectic lives, we often neglect our physical and emotional health. By being at home, we can prepare healthy meals, exercise, meditate or simply rest. Self-care is essential to maintaining optimal wellness and spending time at home makes it easier for us to accomplish this task.
Finally, spending time at home allows us to be more productive and organized. By having a controlled environment, we can establish routines and schedules that help us be more efficient in our daily tasks. This gives us a sense of accomplishment and motivates us to keep moving forward.
