Good morning, everyone. My name is Oluwatimileyin, and I trust everybody is doing well.
I haven't been active on the platform in a while due to my busy schedule, and I've also been enrolled in numerous programs, which I believe is why I haven't been active. However,, I felt compelled to share my activity during the week and weekend with you on this engagement program.
My Catering Skills
The skill I have been learning for the past four months is catering. Catering is a skill I have tremendous enthusiasm for. Catering has always looked fantastic to me from afar, and I have always dreamt about preparing excellent delicacies with the greatest recipe.
Before I joined the catering service, I watched Youtube videos on small chops and doughnuts, and I just decided that whenever I am free or had a free schedule or a long holiday period, I will decide to learn it fully, but instead, the Federal University went on strike, and I am currently a university student in 300level, And because the ASUU has been on strike for the previous four months, I decided to take advantage of the chance.
I have a passion for baking, and I have always looked up the information with the assistance of youtube, so there was nothing new to me when I started the catering school as most of the equipment and ingredients, I was already familiar with, making it less difficult for me to get by.
Baking and cooking are two of the skills I have a great enthusiasm for, so it comes naturally to me when studying them in school; I could spend as much time doing them as I wanted.No matter how much baking I have to do, I never get tired of it since it is something I like doing.
Conclusion
it is with the amazing chance I was able to join that I would encourage people to attempt and acquire one or two skills since this helps you grow yourself.
The country is awful enough, and the government is messing with our education, so I recommended other students like me to enroll in one skill or another so that they do not put all of their eggs in one basket and waste time.

I admire your passion but I would say baking is not for me. Bakers are wonderful creators what you guys do with flour just wow me everytime. I hope your schedule is not as busy as before, wishing you success on your baking journey
