RE: Weekend-engagement week 67: The important week

You need a mixer for bread? I've never used one. If you get practiced, you can make the bread right on the counter, no bowl needed and it's a good work out kneading by hand. Nothing like the energy put into a creation made by hand and not machine. I can taste the difference when it comes to food.

I said it could be used for that. I would I had to make large quantities. So far, only the old-fashioned way for me. But it's not like I'm making a lot of bread everyday.

Ha, ha, ha. I'm not doing it because it's a lot of work and sometimes I can't be taking stuff that will be use for other things later. We need to save up some things. Also, buying bread is cheaper than making it.

Ha, ha, ha, ha. Uhmm... The over in small. So that depends on the size of the bread. When I make sourdough, it's only one big loaf of bread.

It's cheaper to buy bread than make it? Wow! It's the opposite here.

We live in hyperinflation. So people who can make things in bulk have the advantage. So bakeries tend to be cheaper even though most bread suck.

LOL! I had to ask. I've never made a single loaf at a time. It's always 2-3 large ones, or 2 large ones and rolls. I was used to feeding a very hungry man. LOL.

I'm hungry too. Feed me some of your handmade goodies!
