How do you squeeze the water out until you have a powder? It would have to dry? I'm thinking maybe I need to try this out. By a flat iron, I'm thinking you mean griddle and flat breads?

You take the mashed casava into cloth and squeeze it. The drying part you should do after you cook it. By flat iron I mean something flat where you can spread the powder and cook it to form the bread. After it is cook, you'll need to dry it, so it keep its shape.
I knew I was forgetting something. Good thing you asked about the video. So this in Spanish, but she's showing every step bit by bit, so it won't be hard to follow.
Great. Remember to show me how it went.
