I've seen them, but I think they're a seasonal thing. Haven't gone vegetable shopping in a while, so I don't know what can be found around. But it sounds interesting.
Sounds a lot like Sam explaining potatoes to Smeagol. And I agree. Though I don't eat much raw fish. You missed the old and good grilled fish with a lot of vegetables inside.
I've never liked the stuff. Tried twice and it was disgusting. However, I don like some other items from Japanese cusine.
