Thank you @rubidio, I appreciate what you've said. I see everything as a learning opportunity. Adversity, in my opinion, is necessary for growth. If it's all easy, there's not much motivation to grow.
Definitely lots of J's out there. It's those pauses, observing, self-observation, knowing oneself that holds my ship steady in storms.
