Know your appetite and consume food that you can digest, and its you and only you who can do that.

I totally agree with this. I've been cooking my own food as much as possible. This way I know what's in my food. Best way to manage what gets in my system because as they say, garbage in, garbage out. I want to fuel my body with only the best sources of nutrition.

Louder for the people at the back!!! I've seen in mainstream socmed that people are joining run clubs, hitting the gym like there's no tomorrow. Although there's terrribly nothing wrong with this, my father who recently turned 80 proved me there's no need for an expensive gym member or run clubs to be fit. He just moves around our house doing chores in our small garden, picking twigs and branches for our dirty kitchen, cleaning after our pigs and live chicken. these might be low impact but he does these things every day. I guess it's paying off!

Same here, I don't go to gym, just run around the society, do stretching, cycling etc.
