Why this is perfect, with the right tools and good coffee at home then you are all set. I want to experience this way of making a coffee. I don't really visit a cafe, I mean never, but I want to try to once in a while but I also want this kind, like yours.
It has happened to me many times that in the cafe where I order coffee for the first time, I get coffee that is not tasty. Or that in the cafe where I drink coffee all the time, I get coffee with a different taste.
The reason, as the waiters say, is either the coffee supplier has changed or the grinding method has changed. In any case, the taste is different.
This coffee from the Dolce Gusto cartridge always tastes the same.
There is still one cafe where Moka coffee has been the same taste for 15 years. Now I remembered that I had not been in that cafe for a long time. I'm going today, so one day I'll write something more about the same :-)
