Year 2072, New Delhi
I was about 100 meters away from my house, I pushed a button on the dashboard of my electric car and the gate of my house opened. I entered the house and parked the car in the shed outside the garage.
I saw a silver Mercedes Benz 2021 model petrol car parked on my lawn, which my father bought in the year of my birth. It now comes under the vintage car category, but we can no longer drive it. No, the car is in running condition, but now petrol is not available anymore.

Oh boy never to know the taste of chocolate bars, rolling blackouts, petrol cars what does the place look like, wall to wall solar panels with batteries under each homestead?
Future nostalgia you wrapped up neatly, I will not be around that long. Actually don't think at the rate we move this will come to fruition...., well I hope not!

Ha I thought about chocolate and fuel as well. I'd sure miss dark chocolate. And all the cars we have today would be useless... Maybe just good for dog kennels and chicken coops and letter boxes.
Yeah it's a worry! But we will adapt for sure.
