This weekend was pretty chill. I played pickleball but not as many hours as last week. I'm starting to tone it down because its getting expensive plus I've been going crazy the past few weeks. I've started to learn how to play left-handed as well. I didn't want to get any bad habits for my right hand when I played beginners so this was a way to take it easy. I also thought it would be cool if I could get better and be an ambidextrous player and play at a higher level with both hands. On one of the sessions on Saturday, I got to meet a friend from my old part-time job. He's a sponsor for the upcoming Panas cup hosted in Malaysia which is a pickleball tournament. He has an extra seat so I may be going on the 12th to see this all star match. I think it will be a cool experience to see pros play live than on videos. I'm particularly looking forward to see Quang Duong play live.
Anyways that was just some update about me over the weekend. My main reason for writing this topic is to talk about who I don't trust. Trust is something that takes time to build. For me, I trust family and friends that I'm close with. The ones that I'm not too close with I wouldn't fully trust them but I'd give them a benefit of the doubt since I'm a nice person.
As for what I don't trust, I don't trust strangers and everything else. For example, I don't trust the news because they are just sharing what they want me and others to see. I don't really have proof of this but I wouldn't be surprised if it was true. Furthermore, I wouldn't trust anything that has our data whether it be name, phone number etc. All these companies that are holding our data google, facebook etc. They are probably selling it in the background somehow. For example, you may see yourself watching videos like for me I may be watching pickleball videos; then I'm getting ads to buy pickleball stuff. If this is the case, these data companies know what we are searching, watching, browsing and they are doing business to show us more stuff related. Another thing I wouldn't trust is free market. Everything is probably manipulated in some way and retail is mostly getting rekt most of the time with a few that have a control of their emotions that do win but the biggest winners are always the insiders. Finally, I wouldn't trust pharmaceutical companies. They are the biggest money making machines out there getting governments to buy vaccines and having people take them. Who knows they could've been the very people that started things such as covid to sell their vaccines.
In conclusion, I don't really trust any stranger or organization and even those that are close to me, I'm a bit cautious due to bad past experiences. What about you?

Distrust is okay as long as it doesn't drive us to the brink of paranoia. I used to be a very trusting and innocent girl until the blows taught me that I should be distrustful... today I distrust many things, and I recognize the hypocritical and the false...
It's okay not to trust people, especially at first, and our instinct has a very powerful voice that we shouldn't ignore.
I hope you become an excellent pickleball player.
Have a great week, my friend @shawnnft

For sure. luckily I'm not really paranoid haha. It's good to not be too trustful. Give it time and the truth will show the colors will be seen~ It's good you're not innocent anymore haha we need to be careful~
Thank you! I hope to be a decent pickleball player for casual ahaha. You have a great week ahead as well
Sounds like a fun and thoughtful weekend! Learning to play left-handed is such a cool and strategic move—props for that. I totally get the trust issues too. It’s hard not to be skeptical in today’s world. Hope you do get to watch that match in Malaysia, sounds exciting!
haha thanks. it was fun and ya will be interesting to see how far it goes. i need to rest it though . I think I didn't have proper form rip. I know right. We can't really trust too easily on what we read and see; we have to actually experience it to know for sure. ya I hope I get to watch it; will be a great experience!
