Hello My Hive Friends!!!
How are you today? Hope you're fine. I am so excited to share my weekend experiences. When we talked about the weekend, Happiness is really different especially if we will spent it with our beloved family, isn't it? We took a short vacation or a quick escape sometimes from busy weekdays, to recharge our batteries and to energize ourselves so that if working days will come, here we go ready and now full of battery.
I remembered last week that my father-in-law called us through cellphone that our alaga ( pet ) which we named Jaya ( Pig) had given birth at around 2 AM. We were excited to see Jaya's babies but because I had work and need to report to school I didn't witness how Jaya is going to give birth.
Last Saturday, was the scheduled day to visit our alaga our newly mommy pig, and to see the situation of her piglets. I was so excited to go to the Bukid ( Farmland). These were the views before we reached my in-law's house. The green scenery and the fresh air from nature had given me happiness. It's a different feeling when we see the beauty of the environment especially since it is far away from polluted places. We can have the cold air breeze and the place is silent and harmless to my kids if they walk around and play because it is absolutely far from the High way.
We already reached my in-law's house and I immediately headed to Jaya's house I was very excited to see her babies. I saw Jaya our pig looking at us as we arrived. I felt her excitement too.
I immediately checked her babies; they were Five, so cute and healthy piglets. I couldn't handle my excitement, so I got inside the cage and held them one by one. My daughter also wanted to hold the piglets, she was so happy then.
My husband told us that the piglets need to take vitamins and so my daughter had a chance to be with the piglets, she volunteered to hold them one by one while my husband feeds the vitamins.
After the piglets took the vitamins, they were transferred into the basin because my husband needed to clean the cage.
As they were in the basin, I enjoyed watching my daughter as she watched out the piglets not moving out of the basin. The piglets were so noisy then, the basin thing was new to them.
The cage was now clean, they were transferred back and maybe they were stressed, they immediately took milk to their mommy pig.
After breastfeeding, they were full and need to relax and sleep. They were stressed maybe😁
After the visitation, it was now time to go home but we decided to celebrate the fruitful day we had. My husband decided to treat our children and we asked them what to eat for dinner. My daughter excitedly answered, "Let us eat at the Jollibee, I wanted to eat crispy chicken". My son said, "Mom, spaghetti". He said he wanted to eat spaghetti, so we headed to the Jollibee.
My Kids were so excited
We order one Family Meal. It is one bucket of 6 Pcs. Chicken, 3 cups of Rice,3 sets of Spaghetti, 3 cups of Drinks and we ordered 3 cups of additional Rice. Our bill was approximately PHP 800.
We needed to wait for our order and here they were. " Taking Pictures". They were very happy as we can see on their faces. They were excited because we only eat here occasionally or once in a while.
The ordered foods were served and put on the table. My son grabs the spoon and pork, he might be hungry already or just excited to eat his craved food, the spaghetti. We enjoyed ourselves as we took dinner. My kids wanted to eat on their own, they wanted only to feed themselves.
My husband and I were happy to see our two kids enjoying their meal. We go back home full and enjoyed ourselves.

It's so cute seeing your daughter holding a piglet! Seems like they are very comfortable with the farm life! It my first time seeing photos of your kids - they are so charming and adorable.
I always cherish my childhood dates with my mom at jollibee. its our go to fast food restaurant until college days 😍. For sure your kids will treasure these bonding moments with you.
Yes @indayclara I am so blessed to have them. They were comfortable in the farm because every weekend we will go there. They used to start living in farmland.

Yes... spending time with family is really blessing and especially when you are really in need to charge yourself

Wooow, I've never seen so tiny piggies! My grandma used to have a pig when I was very young, but never had "kids", lol! I'd definitely want to hug them too, as your daughter did! ♥️
