Walking theraphy improves our blood circulation, reduces stress, and alleviates body tension. It is simply a walk-talk with our company, and we can gain many health benifits from doing this. How about you? Did you apply this kind of theraphy?
Come with me as I show you my walk-talk theraphy with my daughter. Since it is Saturday and there is no work at school, I have time to plan for this activity. We prepared to visit the Paharuhay Campsite, located in Caduawan, Tabogon, Cebu in the northern part of Cebu Province.
For first-time campers, it is not easy to reach the place because it is situated at the top of the mountain. One should be equipped with his or her endurance, strength, and balance. There are two ways to reach the place: either you choose to pass the hard way or the soft way. You will walk in the middle of the trees or a mini-forest with stones at your step.
It is walking distance from where I live, so my daughter and I started to walk to the campsite. We paid 40 pesos each for the intrance; they accomodate walk-in travelers and overnight stays.
Hooray for the good weather! This is the view deck of the campsite, where you can see the opposite sides of the nearby places. The windy atmosphere dissipates the heat from the sun, thus gave us the balance of nature. Standing at the peak of the mountain, I seemed almost to reach the clouds.
Paharuhay Campsite is good for weekend getaways like camping, bonding with friends, and dating with your loved ones if you are a nature lover. There are many rooms to stay in for a very affordable price.
Lolinghayaw room is good for two persons; this is good for a newlywed couple🥰 or friends having their vacation. The tranquility and peace are just around the corner. There is no disturbance, noise, or pollution in this place. We can sleep well and wake up with so much energy in the morning.
This cabin can accomodate six to eight people, this is the best room for a campers. It cost only 6 thousand pesos. It has one free meal in the morning, which serves as your breakfast. There is a mini-restaurant in the lower part of the campsite. Anyone can order foods and coffee they want. The cook will prepare all the ordered foods, a free meal, and coffee to taste. It will be delivered to your rooms while it is hot.
Incridibly this huge hammock can cater 10 to 15 people, while I prefer to lye in this for myself to relax and meditate. Lying in for an hour with fresh air that blows on your skin will wash away all the stress that is stored in our body. It overlooks the east side of the campsite, where you can see purely natural sights. The chirping of the birds can help with our relaxation while swaying in the huge hammock.
Right at the back of the hammock are the huge water tanks that supply partly of Tabogon area. The campsite is truly blessed when we talk about water because they can have it for free. In return, their land was being constructed by these huge water tanks.
It looks like a garden of Eden; the different plants add to the beauty of nature. The trees and plants help purify the air, which gives us coolness and freshness in our feelings.
What a breath-taking view of the southwest portion of the area! It is not clearly captured by my camera, but there is a ravine between mountains. I just closed my eyes at first because I am afraid of heights, looking at it like I was falling onto it. But I try to sit and relax then I look it again, to the ravine between mountains, now I appreciate the beauty of nature. How creative our God is by creating such a wonderful nature for us.
To complete our relaxation, the owner offers two comfort rooms and shower rooms for the campers or on-goers. It is not that spacious, but it is well maintained, like the cleanliness. Campers can use the kitchen if they do not want to order food; they can cook by themselves in the kitchen.
The separate restrooms for every campers to use.
Below the view deck is the small swimming pool for refreshments, dipping in this pool facing to the beautiful nature will definitely give us a therapeutic feeling.
I have been doing my complete exercise by going to Paharuhay Campsite. I did not get sweat too much because the air always blows, which is soothing and relaxing to our feelings. Even though it's a little bit strenuous activity, but it's therapeutic for our other body parts.
Those who have plans to extend their weekend, should try spending it here. This has been your friend, simplybil saying bye for now. Thank you for taking your time to read my blog.
