There is an oak tree next to the house, with a 5 foot diameter trunk! The lake is a mile downhill, so the breeze is constant and cool in the summer, and warm in the winter....
I often have deer in my yard, and they just look at me, and keep on grazing!

Were that it was so simple, LOL! There is a trailer on the property that needs repair. I am more than repairing it, because I want a net zero house. So while I repair it, I'm adding insulation and modern doors and windows. It will get two high efficiency mimisplit systems, to heat and cool using solar and wind power. The battle is truly joined....
